A fun day of competition. Riders will be tested on arena skills, and a challenging trail course with and few surprises along the way. Prizes awarded thru 5th place. Cost: $50.00

May 27-30th: "Colt Starting Workshop"

In these 4-day workshops you can bring a young horse to be started or and older or green horse to be re-started. Includes horse boarding & feed and a great lunch for the riders each day. Time: 9am- 4pm Cost: $500.00

Clinic cost is $125 for the whole day.

Bauhr Ranch Horsemanship Challenge is a new event and will be a fun day of challenges for horse and rider . There will be arena challenges, such as walk ,trot, canter skills, reining patterns, some Dressage ext, There will be sensory challenges. There will be trail challenges, and a few others along the way .

There will be prizes available to winners. Cost to compete is $50.

The colt staring workshop will be a great chance for folks who want to be more involved in starting their own colts. There will be only 6 colts excepted so we will have the plenty of time to spend with each horse.

The horse you bring can be un ridden or may already have some rides on it but just green. We will give you the understanding of how to start a horse under saddle building a great foundation, and how to move on with them when you leave.

Cost is $500.00 for the workshop, all 4 days. Includes lunch each day for the riders, includes overnight stalls and feeding for the colts, all five days. If you are coming from some distance we have some provisions to stay here in your rig, also have places to stay close by.
