"FUN", "EDUCATIONAL", "LAID BACK ", and "SAFE!"

These are some of the comments we have received about our clinics. The nice thing is that those are the very goals we set when deciding to start conducting clinics.

We are doing clinics off the ranch at other facilities. The clinics vary from basic horsemanship to advanced riding.

These are some that we offer:

  • Working a Foot! - This clinic focuses on groundwork from leading to On line exercises. Includes trailer loading, handling of the feet, and understanding the round pen. Helping build a solid foundation on your horse from the ground up!
  • Understanding Good Horsemanship - This clinic starts with some great groundwork and goes into riding. It covers a lot of basics yet challenges riders to do some new things and take a different look at the way they work with the horse.
  • Take the Spook Out / Preparing For the Open Trail  - This is a sensory based clinic that helps us understand the emotional side of the horse and passes on some tools to help you deal with most things you would encounter on the trail.
  • Advanced Horsemanship - This clinic is set up for the rider ready to move forward; how to get control of the body parts which is the key to better transitions, speed control, solid stops and back ups. Also developing a soft feel in the bridle. Lateral movement and developing lead changes.

Clinics fill up fast, so please be sure to call for prices and to reserve your spot. Auditors are always welcome!

Also this year we are having our Tuesday evening classes. They are very informal from 6-8pm.
